We’ll close at your office, in your car or wherever it’s convenient for you and we cheerfully provide evening and weekend closings. However, you may choose to be pampered at one of our locations where we offer a variety of amenities: free internet cafe, gourmet coffees, chocolates from Cocoa Dolce, a glass of celebratory wine — all to transform your closing into a celebration!
Sunflower Title is dedicated to the community it serves, creating and funding various projects to better the life of Wichita citizens. In April of 2011, Sunflower Title will create the following nine themed walking trails in downtown Wichita that will come to life on every final Friday from April to September: History, Sports, People of Kansas, Poets, Exploration, Native American, Tallgrass Film Festival, African American and Art. The trails will have information about Wichita and the state of Kansas, much of which is not well–known, that the observer will find interesting and entertaining.
